Educational Qualifications

  • Basic Computer Instructor – Graduation + A Level/PGDCA of minimum one year OR B.E/B.Tech in CS/IT/ECE/EE/EEE/EIC/TIE OR B.Sc. in Computer Science Or Equivalent.
  • Senior Computer Instructor – M.E/M.Tech in CS/IT/ECE/EE/EEE/ETE/EIE OR MCA OR M.Sc. in Computer Science Or Equivalent.

Syllabus & Exam Patterns — RSMSSB Senior Computer Instructor and Basic Computer Instructor

Scheme and syllabus of examination for recruitment to the posts of Basic Computer Instructor and Senior Computer Instructor :

Senior Computer Instructor

The examination shall carry 200 marks. There will be two papers. Paper – I shall be of 100 marks and paper – II shall be of 100 marks.

Paper – I

  • The question paper will carry a maximum of 100 marks.
  • The duration of the question paper will be 2.00 hours.
  • The question paper will carry 100 questions of multiple choices.
  • The paper shall include the following subjects:
    Art & Culture, History, Geography, General Science, and Current Affairs of Rajasthan.
  • General Ability shall include the following point:
  1. Logical Reasoning and Analytical Ability.
  2. Decision Making and Problem Solving. General Mental Ability.
  3. Basic Numeracy – Numbers and their relations, orders of magnitude, etc. (Class X level)
  4. Data Interpretation – Charts, Graphs, Tables, Data Sufficiency, etc. (Class X level)

Paper-II

  • The question paper will carry a maximum of 100 marks.
  • The duration of the question paper will be 2.00 hours.
  • The question paper will carry 100 questions of multiple choices.
  • Negative marking shall be applicable in the evaluation of answers.

For every wrong answer, one-third ( 1/3 ) of the marks prescribed for that particular question shall be deducted.

Basic Computer Instructor

Scheme and syllabus of competitive examination for the posts of Basic Computer Instructor

The examination shall carry 200 marks. There will be two papers. Paper – I shall be of 100 marks and paper – II shall be of 100 marks.

Paper-1

  • The question paper will carry a maximum of 100 marks.
  • The duration of the question paper will be 2.00 hours.
  • The question paper will carry 100 questions of multiple choices.
